Arkon began as our own bridge. We were running a growing fleet of AI agents across a real business and hit the same wall every serious operator hits: the work was happening, but the oversight wasn't. Who spent what? Who approved that? What did the fleet do overnight? We built the answer, then kept building until the answer was a platform.

Everything on this site — the ledger, the gates, the governor, the kill switch — exists because we needed it on a Tuesday. We are the first tenant, and the platform earns its keep here before it asks for yours.

We're opening access deliberately, in small groups, because governed means watched over — and we intend to watch over the early fleets personally.

Arkon is built in Witbank, South Africa, and runs wherever your work does. The name is from archon — one who governs.
